Kelly Sherman received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design in 2002 and was awarded the 2007 Foster Prize, granted by the Institute of Contemporary Art | Boston. Her artworks reside in numerous private collections as well as the collections of the Institute of Contemporary Art, Fidelity Investments, the Wellington Management Company, and the University of Richmond Museums. They can be viewed at Center Street Studio and the Barbara Krakow Gallery, where she had her most recent solo exhibition.

The ethnographic and analytical practices that drive her artwork also keep her engaged as a Strategist at the global innovation and design consultancy Continuum, where she helps organizations identify new opportunities and create meaningful experiences that work for the people they serve. Kelly received a gold IDEA award for her research work in understanding how the average consumer relates to environmental sustainability, and lectures to both designers and businesses on strategies for sustainability. She has worked in industries such as personal care, transportation, electronics, industrial equipment, and hospitality, among others, and has recently been focusing on work in emerging markets.

An editorial board member of ArchitectureBoston Magazine, Kelly participates widely in the dialogue around art and design, and welcomes new opportunities and conversations.
